ROWSON gains GM title (his 3rd norm) - Report

BERRY gains his First IM norm

Congratulations to Jonathan ROWSON who is the 1999 SCOTTISH CHAMPION. He was joint winner of the tournament with Aaron MacSUMMERSCALE but was the highest placed Scot.
